Your details, and what we do with them

This page covers this website. Arbor Desk is a product of Code Zen Studios.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo form: your name, company name, email, and, if you add them, your phone number, where you work, the plan you’re interested in and your message. We also note how many crews you run.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type into it is sent anywhere.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the demo you asked for and to prepare it for your company. We don’t use it for anything else, and we never sell it.

Where it goes

Your request is stored in our database and emailed to our sales team. Our server keeps a technical log of each request, without the details you typed, to protect the form from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while we’re in touch about a demo. Ask us at any time and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you sent, reply to any email from our team, or tell us on your demo call. If you’d rather not hear from us again, say so and we’ll stop.
